Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office at 231-777-0324.
General Policies
Late Seating Policy
Late seating is done at the discretion of House Management.
To minimize distraction, we must wait until an appropriate moment in the show to seat latecomers and you may be directed to take a seat other than your ticketed location.
Accessible Seating
Access for wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility is available near the entrance doors of the theater.
Please inform the Box Office if you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair or has limited mobility so that we can ensure that your seats meet your accessibility needs.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Muskegon Community College Overbrook Theater).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
